Prymary Syphilis
A single sore called cancer appear early, or primary stage. Sometimes more than one wound appears. The time between infection and the onset of cancer varies from 10 to 90 days. The cancer is usually hard, rounded, small and painless. He appears at the site where the infection entered the body, such as the vulva, penis, vagina, cervix, mouth, anus, or other body parts. In primary syphilis, the disease can be passed to others through contact with cancer during intercourse. Cancer lasts 3 to 6 weeks and heal with or without treatment. If infection is untreated it progresses to the secondary stage.

Secondary Syphilis
Secondary syphilis is the logical sequence of primary untreated syphilis and is characterized by a rash that appears 1-6 Months (usually 6-8 weeks) after the primary lesion has disappeared. This rash is red and symmetrically appears on the trunk and limbs, and, unlike other diseases that cause rashes such as measles, rubella and chicken pox, injuries also affect the palms and soles of the feet. In moist areas of the body with a wide, flat rash called condyloma lata forms. Stains boards type may also appear in the genital or oral mucous membranes. The patient is very contagious at this stage.

Tertiary Syphilis
Around 15% of people with untreated syphilis progresses to the tertiary stage. This can happen within a few years and even as late as 20 years or more after infection. In tertiary syphilis the disease can damage the body's organs, including the brain, nerves, eyes, heart, blood vessels, liver, bones and joints. Such damage can cause nerve problems, paralysis, blindness, dementia, and other health problems. Some people may even die. A person only gets to tertiary syphilis is not treated previously.
